Hanna has developed the procurement function for numerous companies and organizations. In addition to her broad experience, Hanna’s strength is her expertise in procurement development: managing and organizing procurement and developing procurement strategies. Hanna is a sought-after and well-liked coach and trainer. Her academic research area is organizational capability development.

Hanna has diverse experience in procurement and supply chain development in industry, commerce, services and public sector. In the past, he has worked as a research team leader at VTT and has led large research and development projects. He has also worked for several years in senior management positions in professional services companies. He is the co-author with Kari Iloranta of the book “Purchasing Management – from Buying to Managing the Supply Market”, published in 2008 and completely revised in 2012 and 2015.
