Modular leadership and pre-management coaching programme – middle management and management teams (tailor-made)
Participants can choose the modules that best support their personal development needs ( duration ½-2 days). The contents will be refined in a planning meeting according to the client’s needs.
The coaching programme can be implemented as an open in-house training programme, whereby the dates of the coaching sessions are fixed in advance, e.g. 6-12 months. The organisation itself can determine the minimum number of participants required for each group. The training can be cancelled or postponed at least 2 weeks before the scheduled date.
