Cancellation policy

Cancellation policy for courses of less than 5 days

For cancellations made less than 14 days before the training, we charge 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course will be charged in full. If you do not attend the training, we will charge the full registration fee and any tests already ordered.

Cancellation policy for training courses of 5 days or more

Cancellations made less than 21 days before the start of the course or exam will be charged 50% of the course fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the course or examination will be charged in full. If you do not attend the training, we will charge the full registration fee and any tests already ordered.

Invoicing Fee

A invoicing fee of 12€ (+ VAT 25.5%) will be added to all new registrations and offers starting from November 1, 2024. The invoicing fee is charged per invoice. The invoicing fee does not apply to credit card payments.

Paper invoice

A surcharge of € 13,90 (+ VAT 24%) will be added to the paper invoice.

Absences from already paid training courses

If a participant has to miss a training day already paid for, he/she will be offered the opportunity to attend a similar training day at a later date. No refunds will be given. If a similar training is not organised, the participant will be offered the opportunity to attend another training day of the same price category. This opportunity will be offered once and will be valid for 2 years.
