Modular leadership development programs for senior management level (tailored deliveries)

Participants can choose the modules that best support their personal development needs (duration ½-2 days). The contents will be refined in a planning meeting according to the client’s need.

The training programs can be implemented as an in-house training. The organization itself can determine the minimum number of participants required for each group. The training can be cancelled or postponed at least 2 weeks before the scheduled date.

The development pathway can be implemented as an open internal training, whereby the dates of the training sessions are fixed in advance, e.g. for six months. The organisation itself can determine the minimum number of participants required for each group. The training can be cancelled or postponed at least 2 weeks before the scheduled date.

Customised solutions and training card
