Mark is a writer, coach, and bridge-builder at Smalley.IT and is known for his thought-provoking views on IT service management. He has contributed to many industry bodies of knowledge, including the XLA movement and ITIL. Serving the ITIL community, he was lead author for High-velocity IT (2020) and Experience (2026), and co-author of Acquiring and Managing Cloud Services (2021) and Transformation (2026). Mark has shared knowledge at hundreds of events across more than thirty countries.
