Markus is an experienced information security leader who has acted as global CISO for several listed companies such as Tieto and Stora Enso. He is passionate about business-minded cybersecurity and an active participant in Nordic networks to secure businesses and society at large. Working in IT and security for over 20 years, he has a broad view in successfully combining business agenda with both administrative and hands-on technical IT/OT security.
His current interests evolve around improving business and cybersecurity alignment, and leveraging AI for better cybersecurity practices in businesses.
