Thomas Lystad has worked with welfare technology and service development in the City of Oslo for more than 10 years. He has experience in implementation, user engagement, project management, and collaboration with political leadership. He currently works as the Service Manager for Digital Home Monitoring (Digital hjemmeoppfølging) at the Oslo Health Agency, City of Oslo. In this role, he leads an exciting project that explores new ways of using digital home monitoring to replace traditional in-person home care services with a digital alternative.
