    Des has carried our training sessions in Europe, Asia, Africa and America and has been involved in developing interpersonal & cultural competency programs for Finnish, UK and American companies and institutions. Thus participants from many different cultures have attended his trainings. A recent participant from Russia commented on his negotiation programmes as “life changing”.
