Ethical channel

Our Group attaches great importance to openness and transparency. These also build the basis for trust.

Our Group has an ethical channel in place so that employees and other stakeholders can report any instances where our values and principles have been violated. The Ethics Channel is a confidential means by which our Group’s employees and other stakeholders can report any unethical and/or illegal practices they observe and/or suspect in our Group’s own or its partners’ activities..

Group employees may also contact their own line manager or HR person. All good faith reports of suspected violations of the Code of Conduct and/or the law will be investigated objectively. Our Group is responsible for ensuring that employees do not suffer any adverse employment consequences as a result of reporting. The identity of the reporter will be treated confidentially, respecting the level of anonymity chosen by the individual.
